Elizabeth Coffey

Elizabeth Coffey is the Managing Director of Spark Leadership in London and Mumbai, which she founded 12 years ago. She is an internationally recognized Leadership Consultant, Speaker and Author developing CEOs, CEO Successors and Board Executives of Global 500 companies across industries. Recently described as a ‘one woman multi-national’, Elizabeth has been developing senior leaders across EMEA, Asia and North America for twenty years.
Elizabeth has co-authored several books on leadership, including one focused on developing CEOs: 10 Things That Keep CEOs Awake. She is a recognised expert on leadership diversity – having consulted globally, written two books and won many awards in this field. Sought after as a thought leader in Strategic Influencing, Elizabeth has taught tens of thousands of leaders internationally how to manage organizational politics practically and ethically. She is writing a chapter for the next edition of DeLuca’s classic research-based book on the subject, Political Savvy.
