Edda Hermannsdóttir

Edda Hermannsdóttir is an economist and Director of Communications at Íslandsbanki. Edda is a former Deputy Editor at the Icelandic Business Newspaper where one of her main goals was to increase the number of women in the media. Edda is co-author of Leading Nation with Ragnhildur Steinunn Jónsdóttir which they published in February 2017. The book is based on interviews with people, both in the business sector and other sectors in Iceland, on how Iceland is progressing in gender equality and what needs to be done to move forward towards gender equality.
