Dr. Vishva Jeotsna, is the Managing Director of Prodigious Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a Social Venture, Ghaziabad, Board of Director at E-CUBE EPC Pvt Ltd, C & D Waste Management Company. She is an eminent Social Worker and Entrepreneur whose life mission is to transform the lives of millions of Women and build an equitable society free of all types of discrimination with Empowered women. She is a Service focused social developer and Entrepreneur has worked to uplift the socially backward society disadvantaged youth and adults, focusing primarily on Menstrual Hygiene Management, Water, Sanitation, Women’s empowerment and Social Inclusion.
She has worked in various capacities in CARE India as Social Development Expert, AIIMS, Indian Institute of Health Management and in NITI Ayog Project As STATE TEAM LEAD. With a Doctorate in Women Empowerment and MBA from London, she has 22+ years of rich experience in Community Development, Project Management, Nutrition, Water & Sanitation, Reproductive Child Health, Women Empowerment, Menstrual Hygiene Management, Social Research & Advocacy. She has written number of papers published nationally & internationally and article published in Social Values & Intangibles Review, UK.
She has earned accolades for her endeavors in Empowerment of Women, health of women and children from marginalized section of society especially Maha Dalits. She is also the recipient Award of GBP 11000 for Social Contribution by Prince Michelle of Kents, UK, 2008, award of Excellence in Social contribution by French Embassy, 2014 for her significant contribution in enabling women from all walks of life in Aspirational districts building the capacities of vulnerable women, underprivileged communities. .
Currently she is heading a enterprise, which addresses poor Menstrual Hygiene Management in women by providing GREEN BLISS sanitary napkin which is healthy, bio-degradable, anti-microbial, zero infections, which reduces land pollution, water pollution and environmental pollution and eventually reduce carbon emission.
She wears many hats with panache endeavoring to empower women through better health, healthy environment and better productivity.
