Dr Surbhi Mishra Roshan is an educator in Higher education for over 21 years. Combining her extensive experience in the education sector today she is an accomplished coach, program manager, facilitator, and consultant to various universities in India and abroad. She represents India Chapter of Lincoln University, Malaysia as Director Public Relations. Her professional passion is working with students and staff to build authentic disciplinary literacy experiences and institutes.
As an educator she has worked with teams, individuals and leadership on their Agile transformations, both large and small. She believes that the most important piece of any transformation is to build the skills in the teams to build and continuously improve the process.
She also enjoys helping the education sector with the challenges of managing their careers, such as dealing with workplace conflict, feeling “stuck,” and workload management, with the goal of maximizing career satisfaction.
Training is another one of her passions. Her current training programs are highly interactive and include “Managing
the Multigenerational Workforce” and “Taking Charge of Your Career.”
She is a recipient of various awards in education field for her contribution towards interactive education and was also selected as Ambassdor of Peace by Centre for peace studies, Srilanka in 2020. She is very passionate towards
participating in Car rallies having participated in over 10 Car rallies in India.
