Dr. Srividya is an applied psychologist with close to two decades of experience in the consulting, coaching, counselling and education industry. An alumnus of Delhi University, she completed her doctorate in Psychology in 2010. She was a university topper in her undergraduate days in the mid-90s. She has been associated with corporate organizations like NIIT, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ranbaxy, and universities like Delhi University, Amity University and James Cook University, Singapore as a consultant and lecturer.
Srividya is the founder of LifeVidya, (www.lifevidya.in) a boutique career and life coaching initiative for students and professionals. In her academic and consulting career in India and abroad, Srividya came across many students and professionals who were grappling with lack of clarity regarding career and course choices. She started LifeVidya to help students reflect using psychological tools, counselling sessions and conversations to build awareness regarding their career strengths and values. She also works with professionals and the returning workforce when they are navigating transitions or stressful periods of their life and work. She has connected with over a 1000 students, parents and professionals through webinars, coaching and one-to-one sessions since November, 2019.
She has recently written a book for parents to help teens navigate careers and choices. The book is titled, “Helping our Teens Land on their Feet” where she narrates career dilemmas and choices based on her real-life experiences of working with students and parents. She is also a member of the WICCI, Uttar Pradesh Coaching council where she has worked with youth and women entrepreneurs as a part of the Girl Up coaching and training projects.
Apart from the above, Srividya is active in content development, training, and consulting. She lives in Noida along with her family and dabbles in art, healthy living, spirituality and nature walks as often as she can.
