Dr Sonal Katyal is an Economist with more than thirteen years of experience in Teaching and Research. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor and Programme Director – Economics at Rushford Business School, Switzerland. She has done BA(Hons), MA and PhD in Economics. She has also cleared UGC NET in Economics and has Certificate in Academic Practice from Lancaster University, UK. She has worked at coveted institutions like Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has taught at the highly ranked Lancaster University Management School partnership in India. In her previous roles, she has held various positions like Area chair- Economics, Head-Learning and Development Centre, Member- Research Committee and Board of Student activities.
She is an active researcher and has presented and published her work at National and International platforms and has guided a number of PhD and master’s thesis. She has written two books and is also serving on an editorial board of EC Nursing and Healthcare which is a ranked UK journal. She has done projects for NGO’s and does consulting for Ed Tech firms as an Academic Expert.
Dr Sonal has a holistic approach to life and has interests in Travel, Baking, Fitness and Community activities.
