Dr. Sharda S. Nandram

Sharda S. Nandram is a co-founder of Praan Group, an international consultancy group of Indo Dutch entrepreneurial activities (India Tulip), youth mental development skills academy (Skerpe Jeugd), self-managed organisations (IST-MOVE Praan Solutions) and co-founder of the Buurtzorg OMRISE research group at Banasthali University, world’s largest women residential university based in Rajasthan. She is also Professor at Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and professor at the International Institute of Financial Management in Bangalore. Her interests are integrative intelligence, entrepreneurship, spirituality, organizational innovation, leadership and transformational learning. Prof. Nandram has two bachelors and two master’s degrees (one in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and the other in General Economics at the University of Amsterdam). She did her PhD in Social Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. So is founder and past president of the woman council of GOPIO Netherlands and member of the board of European SPES Institute.
