Dr Sharad Kumar

Dr Sharad Kumar, a former Diplomat has been a motivational speaker, legal specialist and fraud examiner
He has been founding member of India Chapter ACFE with a vision to create awareness against fraud, misfeasance and corruption. At the same time he has been creating awareness particularly at workplace place rights of women and also necessary rights in life including while travelling.
He is a PhD in Ethics Management, MBA and a Masters in Law from University of London. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE USA and Chartered Secretary from ICSA London.
He has published several papers and articles on Corporate Governance, Workplace Ethics, Economic Empowerment of Women, Boardroom representation of women, Combating Fraud.
Dr Sharad has also represented India as a Diplomat in Oceania and has wide experience of motivational speaker in various part of the world.
Dr Sharad has given lectures at various academies including academy of enforcement agencies, CAG Academy, women clubs, Universities and other Institutions.
Dr Sharad has exp of working with corporate, legislatures, NGO, s and International Organizations
Dr Sharad currently holds honorary post of Secretary, India Chapter, ACFE.
He has the honor to represent India on International Fraud Committee as well as Advisory Council of ACFE USA.
He has launched workplace awareness programme with YWCA and other agencies.
He is a creative thinker, motivational speaker and law specialist
