Dr. Sandhya, an IIM Lucknow alumni, currently working as a Professor & Research Guide in the Department of Management, at NITTE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, Bangalore, Karnataka. Has over 22 years of experience in Leadership, Academics, Research, Training and Administration. Received Andhra Pradesh (ITAP) Best Teacher award. She did her executive education program from IIM Lucknow and holds Ph.D., from Anna University, MBA (Human Resources & Marketing), MSc (Psychology), Post-Graduation Diploma in Industrial Relations, Post-Graduation Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Sri Venkateswara University, M.Phil. (Management) and Diploma in Labor Laws. Completed specialized courses on Behavioral Sciences through Psychometry and Basics of Data Analytics from IISc- Bangalore, ‘Research Methods ‘and ‘Self-Awareness and Leadership’ from IIT –Chennai. She is a Certified POSH Trainer, Behavioral Skills Trainer & Counsellor, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Enterprise Design Thinking Co –Creator badge from IBM. Worked at IBPS, an autonomous body under Reserve Bank of India. As a Program Head (HOD), led the Department of MBA at Sir. MVIT, Bangalore.
Guided research scholars for the successful completion of Ph.D. Co-authored text books on “Management and Org B”, CENGAGE Learning (International Publication), “Fundamentals of Management”, ILS publications, Prepared course material on “MOB“, for PG Distance Education. As an invited expert, conducted International webinars organized by PEDRO University, SAN PEDRO University, MADURA University, University of OTTOW GELSSLER, Papua, Indonesia. Published research papers in Journals and presented in International conferences at Thailand, Srilanka. Handled various confidential assignments at Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Presided as a member of Board of Studies (BOS) and Board of Examination (BOE) – MBA Board for reputed universities (Visvesvaraya Technological University, REVA University, CHRIST University, Aadheeyamman College of Engineering – affiliated to Anna University and NSOM- under Nitte Education Trust ).
