Dr. (Mrs.) Rakhi Agarwal

Dr. (Mrs.) Rakhi Agarwal is Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, Gujarat, India since University inception and having 12 Years vast and remarkable professional experience. She has Master of Science in Forensic Science and earned highest Degree (PhD) in Toxicology and accomplished with PG Diploma in Nanobiotechnology. Dr. Agarwal has received many prestigious Honors, Fellowships and Many Awards including Young Scientist Award in Toxicology by STOX, India in 2009. Her research work is recognized globally, she is author of numerous research papers in international journals and an inventor in patented technology. The total citation of her research work is about 250 since 2011. Dr. Agarwal has delivered talk in many National and International conferences. She is imparting training to Judges, Public Prosecutors, Police Officers and Forensic Experts across the Globe. She is holding in-charge position for Laboratory of Analytical and Molecular Toxicology, Division of Forensic Chemical Sciences at IFS, GFSU, Gujarat, India. She has guided more than 40 Post Graduate Dissertation fellows and 03 Research Fellows are doing their research work for the award of Doctorate Degree. Dr. Agarwal is actively involved in administrative responsibilities in her organization. Dr. Agarwal is a Life member of various professional bodies in India and Full Member of Society of Toxicology (SOT), USA.
In personal front, Dr. Agarwal is a simple, pious, dedicated and hard working in professional and personal life and enjoying her life. She is motivating, caring and guiding her students.
