Dr Mridul Kumar Deka

Dr Mridul Kumar Deka, CEO, Doctors For You, is a public health professional working since last 6 years. He has worked in several disasters in the recent past including the Uttarakhand floods 2013, Kashmir floods 2014, Nepal Earthquake 2015 and Chennai floods 2015. He is also involved in training and capacity building of doctors and paramedics in Assam in collaboration with the Assam State Disaster Management Authority. He is also the State Inter Agency Group Convener for Assam and has been working actively towards bringing about a better coordination mechanism between major NGO’s working in North Eastern States.
