-Dr Mei Lin Fung for Community Leadership Mei Lin Fung is Chair & Cofounder, People Centered Internet (2020, taking over from founder Vint Cerf), Chair Impact Network, Chair IEEE IC Social Impact Measurement Mei Lin Fung is proud to represent and lead the Internet by the People and for the People. She co-founded the People Centered Internet with Vint Cerf so that all people can have access to the opportunities that are made possible when people are connected. She deeply believes that people can connect to thrive. With a passionate founding team, she created the Impact Network in 2017 and works closely with the IEEE Industry Connections Social Impact Measurement which she chairs. She is incorporating the voice of the people and the voice of the community which she believes is vital in any measurement of social impact in order that the outcomes be sustainable. She is the founding Chair of the California Health Medical Reserve Corps as a pioneer in the shift from healthcare of individuals to the health of a community. She specialises in working with people in communities to form learning networks, to visualise and voice and take action to make their dreams come true.
