A Seasoned Hospitality professional with an honorary Doctorate in hospitality having vast international experience in different countries including UAE . I have a proven track record of delivering stellar results both at strategic and operational level .Having held various leadership roles at corporate and unit level and as a hospitality consultant in the Gulf region, she has a well-rounded experience of the industry.
During the last 15 years in a consultancy role in Dubai,selected, negotiated and finalized hotel operators for several key developments in the gulf region and asset managed many hotels by providing pre – opening and post opening advisory services. She built strong relationship with international hotel operators and investors in different markets.
The exposure in the GCC region gave me an opportunity to work in cross cultural environment , travel extensively in the region and different parts of the world.
In the last three years , I have used the pandemic to upgrade my skills by completing a course in Asset Management from Cornell University , studying a course on Science of Well being from Yale University and getting a Doctorate in Hospitality.
After 35 years in the hospitality Industry which has enriched my life in many ways , I wish to contribute with my knowledge and experience for potential developments by helping owners finding suitable international operators and finalizing the Definitive Agreements. She can also support in various key areas including pre-opening advisory including hiring suitable manpower resources for key positions. She enjoy good relationships with the international operators including different stake holders.
