Lidija Honzak is experienced manager, executive coach, researcher and alpinist. She achieved PhD degree in Medical Faculty, Ljubljana in Biomedicine and Bachelor of Chemistry in Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Ljubljana. Her postdoctoral research was on Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, USA. As managing director of the Ljubljana University Incubator (LUI) she supported eight generations, all together 139 start-ups, 90% of which have been on the market ever since. She was first manager of Slovene Human Resources development and Scholarship Fund and got Gold Swallow –Government Recognition for the best Slovenian public organization. She was member of first Yugoslav woman expedition and climbed Peak Communism (7495m) in Pamir. Currently she is sharing, with members of Green Light World Flight – GLWF project team, lessons learned in the mountains and in business with the aim of successfully completing the project.
