She is an expert psychotherapist, Relationship & Career coach. She has the expertise and special ease in dealing with adolescent concerns.
She is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and also is an Internationally Certified Global Career Counselor, University of California. She is impanelled with National Career Service (NCS) as a career counsellor. She is a Green Belt in Career Counselling and also a gold medalist in International Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from NCERT. She is also Certified for dealing with Addictions, Trauma, and Suicide by Albert Ellis Institute, NY as well as trained from NIMHANS. She has been trained in various psychotherapeutic approaches and has eclectic and holistic approach. She amalgamates the best from the oriental as well as western healing practices.
She is a member of American Psychological Association (APA), International Association of Holistic Psychology (IAHP) and Indian Academy of Health Psychology (IAHP).
She has provided her services to numerous leading K-12 Institutes of the nation as a Counseling Psychologist. She has played an instrumental role as a Guest faculty in PDPs organized by Indian Army. In corporate settings she has been associated with Infosys, Inroads, Litchi and Advait. She has headed Marital Counseling Cell “Aastha”, Delhi Cantt – a venture of Indian Army & also was a part of Maitrai, AWWA Finishing School for Women Empowerment.
She has conducted various workshops, webinars & trainings at Pan-India level. In Jaipur, she has taken workshop for college students including ICFAI, Subodh, Poornima, Arya, Government Colleges, Sangam University and MNIT. Undertaken a project for career awareness in Army Goodwill Schools of Kashmir Valley. She has facilitated workshops for youth leadership for RYLA. She has worked for a CSR project with Bosch for Government schools.
