Dr. Deepa Gupta

Dr. Gupta is a New Age Woman & an innovative educationist with entrepreneurial zeal, who has extensive contributions in Institution building, brand building, developing global interface, corporate relations, tie ups, organizational development, collaborations, expansion and growth strategies etc. for the organizations she has worked with.

Currently she is Head -Department of Management Studies in GL Bajaj Educational Institutions, Greater Noida and also one of the founder members who played a key role in the institute’s mission to enhance academic level of students. She lead the department with the vision ‘Education leads to enlightenment” and therefore strive to be a global excellence Centre through Innovative, Transformative and Holistic education. She has conceptualized an Achievers Collective Social Responsibility Cell in institute for organizing regular drives related to societal welfare & which works on 3 E’s principle: Education, Earth and Equality.

She is Doctorate in the Field of Corporate social responsibility, has 20 years of academic experience in the field of Management studies. She had worked as an adjunct faculty for Michigan Tech University, Michigan (USA).

She holds the position of Executive head – IVF institutional association (India vision foundation is a brainchild of Dr. Kiran Bedi). She is associated with Neo Fusion Creative Foundation & JWALA Foundation as an Executive Director Institutional Association. She is chairperson AKP Healing India, Gr.Noida division, & also Co-chairperson in Women education Department at Centre for Education Growth and Research, New Delhi.

Dr. Deepa is an active member of SHRM, AIMA, ISTD, NHRDN, MTC Global, IIER, UPUEA, etc. She is an avid member in the panel discussions, live discussions, debates etc. of many national television channels and Medias like AajTak , Zee news, Star News etc. She is associated with different university of repute like Dr.APJ AKTU, AMITY, NIFTEM, IFTM ,TMU, etc. for various assignments on different capacities like head examiner, external examiner, paper setter, project guide, research guide etc. She is the author of a book entitled “Research Methodology” PHI Publication with ISBN-978-81-203-4381-8 , She has guided several management students for projects and dissertations. Currently, she is guiding and supervising PhD scholars from the universities of repute.
