‘Children are here not because of you, they are here through you’
Inspired by our very own, late Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Dr Anushrita believes in sowing the right seeds at the right time to have a bright future of children. Early childhood is a great opportunity of harnessing the fast-developing neural network. It is hence of prime importance to help children make the best use of this network with the help of their parents. As an educator, she believes that for a holistic development of an individual, both the right and left hemisphere of a brain should be stimulated. It could further be leveraged mindfully by using theory of multiple intelligences by Dr. Howard Gardner.
Dr Anushrita has acquired a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from NIMR (ICMR), Delhi and has published more than 12 research articles in various scientific journals of National and International repute. She was also the only to represent India in the International Conference on Health Impact Assessment organised in Washington D C, USA in 2013. Dr Anushrita has also attained specialisation in Human Resource Management and Clinical Research. She also earned a certificate course in German language from Delhi University.
