Dr.Amira El-Deeb

Dr. Amira El-Deeb is the Assistant Director of the Career Development department at AUC’s School of Continuing Education. She has more than 15 years of experience in training and she is responsible for designing the certificates that the Career Development Department offers to bridge the gap between the academic education and the job market needs.

After graduating from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr.El-Deeb pursued her post graduate studies in the filed of Marketing, HR, and Business Administration at the American University in Cairo. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy Graduate School of Business (AAGSB) majoring in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. As well she got a post graduate diploma in TQM in Healthcare, (AUC). Dr.El-Deeb is a Certified Performance Improvement Professional (CPIP)-KPI institute-Australia, Certified Master Instructional Designer- The Association of Talent Development (ATD-USA), Certified Talent retention and acquisition-Pennsylvania state university-USA and finally she is a Certified Entrepreneurship faculty- Wadhawni Foundation-India. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Performance Management

Finally, Dr. El-Deeb has varied relations with international associations and educational institutes. She is a member in the Asian Regional Training & Development Organization, International Institute of Knowledge Management- Srilanka and Lead5050-Germany.

Dr.El-Deeb has received many award along her career path for excellence in Teaching AUC’s SCE from 2008-2019 and in 2019 she was nominated for Lead5050 Award to empower and recognize the most active 50 women in the international education.
