Dorothy Mpyisi-Adebanjo is Global Director Empowerment, WEDO, operating in 144 countries worldwide as a Learning, Development & Talent Management Advisor & coach . The mission of WEDO is to support, empower & celebrate women entrepreneurs as global role models. Currently also collaborating with KS Policy, an East African Think Tank as head of Gender & Development. Prior responsibilities include, inter alia, promotion of financial inclusion for the Graça Machel Trust a 17 country African Network. Dorothy focuses on economic empowerment of women, capacitating business & women leaders, championing mentoring & developing business strategies as a seasoned International Development Consultant. Work experience in Switzerland, Southern Africa & the UK gave direct & relevant hands on exposure of diversity & inclusion.
