United Kingdom (UK)

Donia Narh is an educator with experience in education, youth ministry and in the youth development sector, that spans over 20 years. After gaining her PGCE at the Institute of Education, Donia went on to teach history at secondary level. Her expertise and dedication resulted in one of her students achieving the fifth highest GCSE mar in the UK. She then went on to found the successful educational organisation ACES Youth Project in 2001 which has worked with thousands of students, parents and teachers across twenty-two London boroughs. ACES has partnered with leading companies and organisations such as the BBC, the Royal Albert Hall and KPMG to empower inner city students and connect them with mentors, professionals and unique student opportunities. She also started the prestigious Oscar style award ceremony ACES Diamond Ball Awards that celebrates the achievements of high performing students of African and Caribbean heritage. The event has attracted high profile achievers and speakers including Dame Linda Dobbs (DBE), (BBC Dragons Den’s Millionaire) Levi Roots and Double MOBO Award Winner Yolanda Brown.
Donia also established the Securing Your Future Connect (syfconnect.org) programme that helps to increase the retention of students in inner city schools who were on the verge of exclusion by over eighty per cent.
This wealth of experience led Donia to establish the Education Success Masterclass programmes that equip parents and leaders to approach education and learning differently by focusing on a whole child model that enables parents to raise prepared, confident and high achieving children for life in this ever-changing world. In 2016, she founded the parenting website Amazing Parent Gems, that serves as a hub of resources to support busy parents who are committed to helping their children excel in education and life whilst enjoying the educational journey.
