Divya Kohli is a 2011 MBA graduate from SCMHRD with 9+ years’ experience with Global MNCs – Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Tata Global Beverages, Tech Mahindra. In addition to HR Business Partner role, she has worked on global assignments and projects impacting multiple cultures in the areas of Total Rewards, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion. Divya has been awarded the coveted award of “Emerging Future HR Leader: Are you in the List?” in 2014 by People Matters and DDI from amongst over 2,000 HR professionals. Recently, she was recognized as the Top 40 Under 40 HR Leader by Jombay identified by a jury of HR titans of corporate India. Currently, as Regional HR Head for Nestlé Nutrition business for South Asia Region, responsible to drive the creation and execution of People Strategies and Plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities/ threats. Divya is a mother of an 11 months old baby girl and is blessed to have a support pillar as her husband who is a Management Consultant. She truly believes in unleashing the power of AND – “You don’t always have to make a choice. Sometimes you can do both.”, as that is when nature conspires to make things work out!
