Being fearless has almost become cliché in today’s world. Some people become stagnant because they are waiting for fear to subside. That doesn’t always happen. When you develop an attitude to face your fears instead, you get more things done. We all have fears and by actively facing them you strengthen your confidence. Some fears will never go away, but that shouldn’t stop you from a better life. By defining the fear and exploring rather it is rational or not, you will start to delve into the root of the problem. Work on conquering irrational fears especially if they are hindering your progress. Next you will have to design a plan where you have the opportunity to face this irrational fear and follow through.
