Dina Marie

Dina I. Marie is the Co. Founder and a board member in HR Revolution Middle East; one of the fast growing HR magazines in the MENA region. Marie has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, she has a PHR diploma from the American University in Cairo, and she has a BSc in Business Administration. Marie participated in a number of consultancy projects in the area of HRM in several industries like Food and Beverage, Information Technology, and Securities Brokerage. She has a long experience in the Banking Sector field. Marie had delivered lots of training programs in KPI Analysis and Techniques, CBI, Identifying TNA, Emotional Intelligence Management and Development, Change Management and Leadership and Managerial Skills. Marie has a lot of published researches and articles in the field of Human Resources Development and in Management in general. She is participating in establishing HR Revolution ME Academy. Marie’s current research interests are in the area of Labor Economics and the Effect of Artificial Intelligence on the future of Human Capital.
