Diana Pamela Pita Suárez, People & Agile Culture Transformational Manager of Telefonica Ecuador and Coach Senior Supervisor of the Ontological Coaching Certification Program at ToBe Company. I am a Commercial Engineer with a major in an Ontological Coach of the Advanced Program of Newfield Consulting in Chile, with more than 1600 hours of support for businessmen, executives and freelancers. Bilingual. For more than 10 years I have held executive positions in multinational companies in the consulting, massive consumption and pharmaceutical industries. Specialized in leading and facilitating strategic talent management projects, career and succession plans for high potentials aligned with business needs. Management of cultural transformation, agility and change, as well as, leadership development at strategic levels and programs linked to diversity and inclusión (considering age, gender, people with disabilities, LGBTI among others). I am spokeswoman chosen by Telefónica as Diversity Champion in Ecuador. I was Head of Selection in the consulting firm Samper Head Hunting, Talent Acquisition Specialist in Nestle, Talent Management & Training Specialist for the Andean Region (Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia) in Bayer, HR BP and Talent management Specialist being part of the Committee Executive at DIA & DC for Roche Ecuador. Since 2018, I am the People & Agile Culture Transformational Manager in Telefonica, being responsible for the positioning of the diversity and inclusion strategy, second place among the companies of the “Talent has no Gender” by Women for Women Program in Ecuador in 2019. At the same time, since 2016 I am Coach Senior Supervisor of the Ontological Coaching Certification Program in ToBe Company. Additionally during this year 2019, I have been executing the role of Vice President of the Human Management Association of Ecuador (ADGHE), Facilitator of the Talent Development Module in the ADGHE Human Talent Certification Program. Also, I participated as a Speaker of the I Women Economic Forum Latin America, Cartagena Colombia. Theme "Feminism of the XXI" and I am one of the mentor and leader for the leadeship program “Quiero Ser” as member of Telefonica. This program is between Women for Women Ecuador and International Plan, who form an alliance to promote the development and empowerment of adolescent women with limited economic resources. Inspired by the art of the transformation of the human being, I am passionate about accompanying others to be the protagonists of your own history. I am passionate about the issues of female empowerment and equity, I am convinced that women can conquer our own dreams if we decide to do so.
