Deepika Kumar – India

Deepika Kumar has had a lifelong interest in spirituality and has been teaching Shlokas and Meditation since 1998. Books are another lifelong passion. She has taught children, adults and corporates. In fact lately has done meditation with expectant mothers too. Deepika is a Reiki practitioner and is also learning the Vedas. She is also a life coach, and doing workshops to help people overcome difficulties and release fears and negativity.. She wants to share her interest in wellness, happiness, meditation and spirituality with others as it has helped immensely in her personal growth.
