Deepanshi Nandi is the Founder & Director of Thoughts Spectroscopy (OPC) Private Limited, She is an Environmental Engineer turned HR Leader and Executive & Personal Development Coach having over 12 years of experience in education and consulting space. She has been working with Multinational Startups, helping them build result-oriented and robust teams. Her close professional association with industry leaders and C-suite Level employees from various industries (Education, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, Packaging, Logistics, Refractory,etc.) assisting them in their hiring, coaching and training needs brings value to Thoughts Spectroscopy. She is an ICF Certified Coach, having coached globally over 5000 clients so far. She is helping women across the Nation in realizing their dreams and aspirations. Deepanshi has been constantly working towards women empowerment and has coached and mentored women, helping them realize their dreams and aspirations. She is an Environmental Activist working on spreading awareness on various types waste management and animal rescue. She was the former State President for Uttar Pradesh Training & Development Council – WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry). She currently chairs The Environment and Reforestation Council – WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) as the National President.
