Deepali Gulati is President of WICCI CSR Council, UT Chandigarh with an immense interest and experience of CSR initiatives including collaboration with Corporates in organising Comunity Driven Development intiatives aligned with SDG’s. She is a Solopreneur with 16 years of versatile experience in Business Development and HR of E-Commerce, IT, Staffing/ Recruiting and Education industry. She is presently running a venture by the, of MGCollections (An ONLINE Home Décor & Clothing Store) and catering to clients/ end-users in India and Overseas.
Deepali’s entrepreneurial voyage started in the year 2012 after her sabbatical and eventually to help her husband in his consulting business. With her interest in diverse other fields, she ventured into the business of the E-Commerce industry in the year 2017 and started MG Collections (An ONLINE Home Décor & Clothing Store). During these years she has been praised a number of times by her customers, for her commitments, trust, honesty, and quality of products.
In her past journey with the corporate sector, she has always been acknowledged for the distinction of steering HR and business improvement initiatives with a focus on streamlining and managing operations with proactive planning, introducing new concepts, steering changes, etc. She is well versed in modern HR Systems, Recruitments Tools and Techniques, and deftness in maintaining harmonious employee relations. She has an insightful experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, CSR, Conflict Resolution, and Operations.
