Dr. Deepa Gupta

Dr. Gupta is an innovative educationist with entrepreneurial zeal, who has extensive contributions in brand building, developing global interface, corporate relations, tie ups, organizational development, collaborations, expansion and growth strategies etc. for the organizations she has worked with. She is Doctorate in the field of corporate social responsibility & has more than 23 years of rich academic experience in Management studies. Her areas of interest broadly include Organizational Development, Corporate Social Responsibility & Intellectual Capital Management. She had also worked as an adjunct faculty for Michigan Tech University, Michigan (USA). Currently she is working with GL Bajaj Institute of Management as Dean & Professor.

She is serving as Executive Director-JWALA Mahila Samiti. She is also the Executive Director -Neo Fusion foundation, Executive Director (CSR) – MMIFF and Executive Head – India Vision Foundation (Brain Child of Dr.Kiran Bedi) institutional association. She holds the key positions of being Vice-Chairperson Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD-Noida Chapter) and Co-Chair Person- Women Education Department, CEGR . She is an esteemed Jury member of Womennovator – an Initiative in support of MSME & UN Women.
Being an Active researcher she holds the positions of Editorial Board Member and Reviewer in Wiley, Inderscience & Ebsco journals of repute. She has authored book on “Research Methodology” ISBN: 978-81-203-4381-8 with PHI Publication and has Published more than 30 research papers in International & National journals. She has professional affiliations being the Life member of – International Women’s Film Forum, National Human Resource Development Networks (NHRD), ISTD, CEGR, UPUEA, MMA, MMIFF and MTC Global. She is also the member of an international body – Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
She is associated with various universities in the capacity of External examiner for the evaluation of Ph.D Thesis/ Ph.D Viva, Research Guide, Head Examiner, Examiner & Paper Setter. She has organised & participated in more than 300 Workshops, Seminar, FDPs, Conferences, Conclaves and Symposiums.
