Deepa Agarwal is the Founder and Chief Inclusion Officer at Re-link Consulting, an advisory firm that fosters inclusive workplaces across genders, disabilities, sexualities, and thought diversity. For over 18 years, she has been partnering with corporates across sectors like Engineering, FMCG, Retail, and IT, to enhance their perspectives on Organizational
Development, Diversity, and Inclusion, and thus drive sustainable business growth. She brings with her a diverse range of narratives and experiences across countries like South Africa, India, Bhutan, Egypt, Dubai & Bangladesh. She has also partnered with UNV to create a webinar series on social inclusion issues and presented to 30+ countries. She has pioneered several initiatives for organisations that can help create more inclusive workplaces- some of which include Creating a digitised and a gamification intervention on tackling stereotypes and biases and Transition Guidelines: Returning Mother’s Project, which also won the best communication award for her client. Being a certified facilitator and counsellor, she also conducts labs with social communities
of Persons with Disabilities and LGBTQ+ community, to equip them with the required skills for having sustainable careers. During her stint as Visiting Faculty at TISS, she has worked
extensively with self-help women groups and as well women jail in-mates. She also pioneered and designed workshops for school leaders to bring leadership skills in the education sector.
She uses and eclectic approach to her work – ranging from Process work, Appreciative Inquiry, ORID Framework and Forum Theatre.
