El Nazer is one of the most prominent and leading experts in awareness and communication with focus on inclusive growth and development in Egypt. El Nazer has an efficient information circulation network with the government, stakeholders, institutional partners, beneficiaries, donors as well as local communities. El Nazer designed and managed the implementation of interdisciplinary projects with complexity, multiple stakeholders and multicultural beneficiaries. El Nazer has led projects in Egypt addressing socio-economic issues ranging from education, agriculture, and financial literacy to health, access to finance, environment, water management, culture, and employment. She has performed effectively to promote numerous small and medium enterprises, creative industries, manufacturing businesses in liaison with job creation, employability and entrepreneurship for women and youth. El Nazer has a solid understanding of the problems
affecting the business in Egypt, with in-depth knowledge of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and challenges facing women-led SMEs. She has contributed significantly to initiatives and projects
aiming at reaching out to local businesses for needs assessments, improving their governance, and promoting an enabling environment for the effective pursuit of their company goals.
Dalia has a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from AUC, a certificate in Human Rights & Gender Studies from Utrecht University, and is a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program.
