Dalana Brand is a seasoned corporate executive with significant global leadership experience in various industries. Dalana has established a career profile that includes both corporate finance and human resources. This dual background allows her to uniquely add value to organizations as she can leverage the link between people and the bottom line. Dalana Brand is currently Vice President, Global Total Rewards for Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA) where she manages a global team and is accountable for designing innovative financial incentive and reward solutions that engage employees, create a fair and inclusive culture, and help advance the business strategy of the company. EA is a leading global interactive entertainment software company and is recognized for a portfolio of critically acclaimed, high-quality blockbuster brands.
Mrs. Brand’s other key corporate experiences include Whirlpool Corporation, Yazaki North America, Comerica Bank Inc., The Boeing Company, Willis Towers Watson consulting, and Ford Motor Company. Brand has also served as an adjunct professor and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
In addition to her other professional accomplishments, Dalana’s most important work is serving as a fierce equality advocate. She is a frequent contributor for industry articles and renowned international speaker on the topics of women’s equality, gender pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and other women’s empowerment topics. She also passionately acts as an entrepreneurship and career coach, and salary strategist for women seeking to advance their careers.
Firmly believing in “lifting others while climbing,” Dalana is always involved within her community and supports several non-profit organizations. She is currently a board member of Enterprise for Youth (serving as Governance Committee Chair) and the African Library Project (serving as Treasurer, member of the Executive Committee and Governance Committee, and leader of the organization’s strategic planning process).
Dalana received her BA in Finance from Michigan State University and her MBA from the Eli Broad School of Graduate Management at Michigan State University with a dual degree concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management; she also received a certificate in Leadership and Change Management.
