CS Preeti Grover, Immediate Past Chairperson-Noida Chapter of ICSI, a seasoned corporate sector professional, a practicing Company Secretary, a peer reviewer of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A fellow member of ICSI and a faculty member at the Noida Chapter of ICSI and a Certified CSR Professional.
Currently serving on the Board of a listed company “Precision Electronics Limited” as Independent Director. I have successfully qualified the online proficiency exam for Independent Directors Conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. I presented a paper on Nifty 50 companies on “Gender Diversity in Board Committees” as part of the Certificate Course for Women Directors conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Having 25 plus years of experience earlier worked in private sector as Company Secretary in Havells India Limited, at Board Secretariat of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Currently working as a practising Company Secretary (Founder-PG & Associates, a peer reviewed firm) with specialisation in Company law consultancy, listing compliances, Secretarial Audit for public and Government Companies.
Committed for the empowerment of Women and to educate and spread knowledge for Sexual Harassment against women at workplace, and have been taking sessions on POSH at Noida Chapter, Gurugram Chapter of ICSI and Tax4wealth etc. Interviewed by CLIQTAX on the Eve of International Women’s Day. She has been appointed as Council Member – Anti Sexual harassment Council of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) for the term January – December 2022.
In January 2022, she has been awarded “Women of Excellence Award 2021” by the Indian Achievers Forum in recognition of Outstanding Professional Achievement & Contribution in Nation building.
Achievements as Chairperson of Noida Chapter of NIRC of The ICSI The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a premier national professional body constituted under an act of Parliament to regulate and develop the profession of Company Secretaries. With its headquarters at Delhi and Noida, it has 72 chapters offices across the country. ICSI has on its rolls 65000 qualified CS members. 3.5 lakh students are enrolled in the CS course. Amongst the many chapters of Northern region, Noida Chapter is one of the chapters and situated at sector-62, Noida.
