Founder at Clare Richmond Associates
Clare Richmond began her career working in marketing and media, and after having children became involved in grass roots innovation pioneering a regeneration model in her own town centre.
After founding the crouch end project in 2007 she became an independent advisor in local government, focusing on community engagement which then escalated her interest in the challenge of mobilizing communities and harnessing untapped human resource. This interest led her to a masters degree in creative leadership from which she graduated in 2016 specializing in merging grass roots innovation within conventional hierarchical organisations.
Clare currently leads a consultancy, Clare Richmond Associates, where she is able to use her unique experience and research to help communities and organisations find effective ways to reengage, driving growth and creating greater sustainability.
