She obtained her Law Degree from Autonomous University of Baja California México with honors; holds a Master´s Degree in Law specialized on Constitutional Law from Universidad Iberoamericana México and Mediation and Negotiation from Universidad Castilla La Mancha Spain; Cinthya is currently Master of Law (LLM) Programs Coordinator at Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana and Mexicali B.C. and attorney-at-law attending private and social law conflicts on a Law Firm in Tijuana B.C. where she’s still dedicated as a Mexican and International legal Counsel on Civil, Family, Business and private International Law and jurisdiction. She also has taught and continues to teach on diverse Universities on Tijuana on graduate and postgraduate programs. She has participated in Professional and Academic organizations where she is founder and a former board member of Colegio de Estudios del Derecho de Baja California bar association committee where she has organized trainings, seminars and law courses. She participated on New Delhi India Women Economic Forum 2016 as a part of Mexican group presenting women’s situation on Northern México, she has also participated on different forums on Women Human Rights topics; She obtained a diploma certificated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey campus Cd. De México on Private, Public and Social Law trial processes; Certificate on Civil, Family, and Business processes from Centro Universitario de Baja California; Trial Litigation techniques from the American Bar Association (ABA) United States Agency International Development (USAID); Family Law from Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación; and trainee from UNHCR The UN Refugee Agency, among others seminars and training courses on law.
