Chidinma is the founder & Chief Executive officer of Dindu Energy Group, an indigenous Oil & Gas Logistics Support Company. A Lawyer by training, with Speciality in Oil and Gas transactional matters. She had since turned into a serial Entrepreneur after taken an early retirement from paid employment in 2013. She started her career in the Oil & Gas Industry with the National Oil Company of Nigeria (NNPC) as an intern during the compulsory one year National service after being called to the Nigerian Bar in 199O. Thereafter, she worked with several multinational Oil companies like Shell, Texaco Overseas Petroleum Company Unlimited before joining Chevron, following the merger of Texaco & Chevron World-wide. She voluntarily took an early retirement in 2013 as a senior legal adviser,
to establish Dindu Energy in 2014.
DINDU ENERGY is group of companies that renders logistics and other support services to the Oil & Gas companies, telecommunication and manufacturing companies. DINDU is also engaged in marketing and distribution of petroleum products across Nigeria. She is passionate about developing the domestic utilization of Natural Gas in Nigeria at both Micro and Macro level, particularly LPG as it has a tripling effect of positively impacting the life of both rural and indigent urban Women and also curbing deforestation and Ozone Layer depletion. She is an Alumni of Nigeria Law School, CWC School of Energy,London and China Europe Business School Shanghai. I am an avid volunteer, a Serial Entrepreneur and I belong to South Western Legal foundation Dallas amongst others and several professional affiliations. She has two
lovely Children.
