Chiara Apolloni

Chiara Apolloni achieved a MD in Economics at the University of Perugia, Italy, and successfully attended the 21st Emerging Leader Programme at London Business School, UK. Just after graduation, she joined as junior HR employee, the largest Italian energy company (operating in 71 countries, with 66b EUR revenues and 33 thousand people). Along the years she covered various roles in HR department and in several companies of the same group, up to being appointed as VP Organization in the company’s HQ in 2011. Since October 2018, after several years in the Refining division, she is taking care of the central function of organizational and power system and business processes, again in the HQ. Since June 2018, she is board member of a subsidiary of the Group. Chiara is married and mother of two wonderful girls. She also served as volunteer in the major Italian Scout and Guide organization for many years, as Cub Scout leader, Troop leader, Rover leader, Section leader.
