Carole is a leading international Business Stress Consultant who shows senior executives how to perform well under pressure. She has published books such as “Managing Stress in the Workplace” and “Show Stress Who’s Boss!” Carole is also frequently invited to comment on workplace stress management on TV, including the BBC and CNN.
With her background in psychology, Carole has over 25 years of experience as an industry expert on how to reduce stress, build personal resilience and manage organisational change. She serves as CEO of the Carole Spiers Group, an international stress management and wellbeing consultancy. As an international Motivational Speaker, she has provided keynote addresses at international conferences and seminars in the UK, Europe, and Middle East.
She currently serves as the Chair of the International Stress Management Association ISMAUK and is founder of International Stress Awareness Week. Carole is a Fellow and past President of the Professional Speaking Association. She has worked with clients across industries, including finance, insurance and tech.
Carole is UK-based, but is regularly contracted to speak in the Middle East and Europe.
