Growing up in Australia and moving to the Netherlands Carmen understands integrating in a different country, dealing with different cultures and the challenges of diversity. Carmen has been working for over 20 years in the corporate world on a strategic level as a business consultant and has always been coaching and helping people to feel happier, more fulfilled and reach their goals. So it’s no surprise that she founded Healty Inner You to practice as an orthomolecular health & lifestyle consultant. She just simply loves to help women to lead a happy & healthy life and to embrace their inner Sparkle and to just simply Glow! Carmen organizes lectures & workshops and also coaches women to create awareness on how you can create your own healthy, happy and fulfilled life.
