Carmelita Juarez Sanchez

A native of the State of Tabasco and with more than 30 years of service in the Navy of Mexico, who has served as Deputy Director of Public Relations of the Social Communication Unit of the Semar, as responsible for social ties in the Human Rights Unit of the agency and for over 25 years has been the competition coordinator called “El Niño y la Mar”, among others.
