Bwalya is a development Expert, Management Professional and Psychologist. As lead person, Bwalya works with a team of experts that are working to define the Energy solution for rural development. She served as Chief Executive Officer for a development project in the Pacific. With several years experience working in the corporate world, Bwalya has built her career across different disciplines including management, Human development and designing Intervention programs. She’s a member of several professional, business and social organisations. She has served as an Independent Consultant and Advisor to the private sector and governments. Bwalya is a visiting lecturer at the Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurship development Institute in New Delhi, India. A keynote speaker at research institutions on development issues. A member of the International Society of Business leaders. She is a member of the African Union’s Expert Group on Model Law on the protection of Cultural property and Heritage. She’s a founder of the Networking for Africa, a platform for black professionals and Entrepreneurs.
Bwalya has worked across the globe, including Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. She has collaborated with several partners to promote learning for disadvantaged Youth. She was recognized with a prize for entrepreneurship by the Belgian-Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Brussels, in 2010. Bwalya holds a higher Diploma in Marketing, a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration.
