Dr Burmaa Sampil, Associate Professor, National University of Mongolia was born in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. She has been working in the Department of Marketing and Trade, National University of Mongolia since 1994. She obtained her Ph.D. Degree in Mongolia. Her PhD research topic is “The Ways to Rationally Allocate Retails Stores”. Dr. Burmaa speaks Mongolian, Germany, Russian and English.
Dr. Burmaa has published a number of articles in both international and local journals. In 2012, she published “Research in Consumer Behavior concerned with Store Location” in the Journal of Korea-Mongolia Economics and Business Studies. She has also published “Retail store pattern and type of Mongolia” in G.B.Plechanov, Моscow, Russia (Russian Economic University), and “Structure and system of Mongolian Retail Sector” in The Journal of Money and Finance (School of Economic Studies), National University of Mongolia.
Dr. Burmaa presented papers to International Academic Conference, “Mongolian thinking and Retailing-II”, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and “Trend of Trade Development and Business Environment”, Academic Conference, Economic Development and Businesses Environment conference jointly organized by National University of Mongolia and SES, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and “The First International Forum on Cross-border E-Commerce Cooperation” organized by Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China, E-Management and Trade E-Learning, Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.
