She graduated in Psychology(Hons.) in 1990 from Mumbai University and also holds Masters in Science in E-Business from Sikkim Manipal University, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Adventist University, USA and Ph.D in Management from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. Her thesis entitled “Spiritual Intelligence for self-empowering leaders to face the challenges in the 21st century” was a comparative study of leaders in India and in USA. She has also been a Visiting Faculty for MBA students in Department of Business & Industry of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in the year 2008-9 & is a Guide for Dissertation in MSc. In Values & Spirituality at Annamalai University, India.

BK Dr. Sunita Didi, also a Rajayoga Teacher & Life member of Media Wing of Brahma Kumaris, has Conceptualized & Directed 13 Episode hindi documentary film– subtitled in English: “Nareetva Darshan”- with its mind-boggling tagline: ‘Nari ko Nahin…Nareetva Ko Dekhiye…Ek Vaicharik Kranti!’, First of its Kind initiative by Brahma Kumaris, Abu Road, Rajasthan.
Nareetva Darshan Film has won the Best Concept Academy Award in the 4th Gujarat National Film Festival 2014 and was also honored and felicitated by many
honorable dignitaries in India, USA and Canada.
Besides her film being aired on TV channels like Peace of Mind, Zee Jagran, Sanskar, News24 & Sonly Pal, and in USA and Canada in TVAsia and ATN. It was also released in different theatres of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jamshedpur and Goa, bagged by high appreciation of viewers. (Refer Latest Achievements PG2).
