Bindhya is an Operations Manager at the Global Delivery Center of Atos Global IT Solutions and Services, Chennai, India. She holds an MBA (Specialized in Finance & Marketing) and a Certificate in Women Leadership from Global Nxt University.
Her 17 years of experience spans over Banking, automotive, financial services serving APAC, US and UK Clients. She currently works for Atos, a Top European IT Services Company headquartered in Bezons with 120000 employees in 72 countries. Atos is the Worldwide Information Technology Partner for the Olympic & Paralympic Games.
In her current role she manages various teams, Projects and initiatives in the Investment Banking Operations. She is involved in medium to long term planning & direction of a large-scale team to build a customer centric culture in the operation and supporting key initiatives to deliver client expectations. At Atos apart from Operations she has also actively supported in their CSR activities, employee engagement activities and Leadership training, Internal Complaints Committee and a Chairperson in the Location POSH committee.
She is excited in empowering women and strongly believes that “Progress of the women is the progress of the nation”. She has been leading the Women’s Forum in her business unit for several years where employees connect and collaborate, express opinions, share inspirational stories and celebrate their journeys. Bindhya loves discussing topics relating to work life balance, safety and health and keeps sharing her perspective and that enables other women to share their experiences and stay motivated.
Over the years she has drawn inspiration from many people – her grandparent, parents, and feels good in finding meaning and happiness and defines that success is attained when we do not have to give up one in the pursuit of another. She has been an active member at Madras Management Association(MMA) and keeps learning and stays connected with corporate women.
She volunteers at various NGOs that support child education, Go-Green and women empowerment. She enjoys reading, networking, music, photography and Indian art and culture.
