Bhavna Doegar

Bhavna Doegar is the Head of Genpact Corporate FP&A who provides leadership to the finance teams supporting the Corporate, Transformation Services horizontal as well as all Functions and all Geographical Regions of the company. Bhavna owns financial performance management for Genpact globally, including planning, reporting, variance analysis and scorecard measurement. Her priorities include partnering with the Genpact Leadership Council to provide timely, insightful financial analysis, co-owning the 5-year financial model that enables decision making on long-term growth, profitability, cash flows and capital allocation as well as driving the automation of financial tracking and reporting. Apart from FP&A, she also leads the Oxygen and SynerG Corporate Initiatives for the company.
With ~18 years of experience, Bhavna has worked in a variety of cross functional roles with GE/Genpact. She was amongst the Top 30 Emerging Leaders in India awarded by the Economic Times in 2016. As the Global Controller for Genpact over the last ~6 years, she has contributed tremendously in leading the SynerG project, creating a global shared service center in India, implementing the new Oracle R12 and T&E Systems, enhancing the efficacy of policies and processes in Controllership.
Bhavna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Punjab University and an MBA (Finance) from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, India.
