Belky Arizala Segura is a model , businesswoman and actress Afro – Colombian born in Cucuta , Norte de Santander ; graduated in business administration from the Bolivarian Polytechnic Institute, she is also director of the foundation “The soul has no color” with which she has carried out several philanthropic actions in favor of the Afro – descendant population of Colombia.
