Becky Tilton is a humanitarian, writer, and passionate advocate for families worldwide. Her time living and traveling in Asia, Africa and the Middle East has instilled in her a love for many cultures, as well as a keen awareness of the plight of the world’s most vulnerable people. Her desire to educate, serve, and uplift has taken her among the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh and to rural villages in Haiti plagued by human trafficking. From the time she was a teenager volunteering to teach English as a second language, Becky has known that the key to strengthening families and ending child poverty was through education. She has participated in several initiatives which attempt to uplift through charitable giving, but has been dissatisfied with their unsustainable nature and their inability to create lasting change for the families they serve. Then she discovered LETS Empower. This non-profit teaches essential fertility courses in vulnerable communities to women and men, side-by-side. LETS is opening up the conversation around sex, presenting couples with natural options for planning their families. This sustainable model strengthens families while decreasing rates of abortion, infanticide, child poverty, human trafficking and child marriage. Becky has worked for years as a professional writer and content editor. She home educates her five children and often includes them on her adventures. She loves the music of foreign languages and holds a BA degree in International Studies from Brigham Young University.
