As a successful entrepreneur to change the face of business, social entrepreneur’s act, for seizing opportunities and improving systems, for better business that may create entirely new industries made me famous to become a role model for women in all sectors. My industry B.S. Fashion is one of the most unique industries in my country, because of my company’s goodwill and social activities.
90 percent employees in my company are women. I do appreciate mentoring as I have the motive to help the less privilege women in my community. I rather consider myself as a model in mentoring young women entrepreneurs from grass root level and train them to be skilled and self dependent. I have an intention to make all women’s self dependent in their services so that they could easily over come the empowerment of women in very steps of life. I always had an intention to explore the success of women in every steps of business with morality. I have always encouraged women from rural areas to be successful and self sustainable by supporting them financially to build up leadership development.
My dream is to set up a modern Indigenous Textile Industry meeting the World-Class standard in all area of our Business and also increase our area of operations to increase production capacity which would be a mile stone in the era of textile industry.
The project will be equipped with high performing imported brand new machinery with the latest technology.
Each woman must dedicate herself to protect and promote the interests of all other women in business and the professions. In many organizations CSR is born organically among lower level employees. But for each a CSR initiative to have legs senior executives must be brought on bard commit to it and engaged in it. A clear vision of CSR needs to be embedded within the reflect the core values of the firm and to be linked to the mission, vision and not only social or environmental value but that it creates business value as well. CSR can and should be treated and managed as a core business strategy just like the strategies of marketing R&D capital expenditures and talent management. CSR should report to a top level leader in the company aroused to being sidelined in the corporate foundation. The board of the company should be engaged as well and be responsible for the CSR strategy on a par with their responsibility for other business strategies like accounting finance and marketing. Generally, the higher CSR report in the company the more closely linked it is to providing value.
My Company B.S. Fashion corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been the cornerstone of success right from inception. B.S.
