Audreia Joseph is an award winning author, Life Coach, Intervention Stagiest and empowerment speaker.
Audreia trained as a counsellor in 1992, at the ‘University Of Central England’ (UCE).
Both her professional experiences and her personal journey have led her to develop a deep and keen interest in the empowerment of herself, and of others. As a passionate Life Coach, Audreia teaches the Art of self-love, and Forgiveness, through group workshops and one-to-one sessions. She teaches how to recognize negative habits that we develop by holding onto life traumas. Her own life experiences and her professional training has formed the basis of her strategy, with a focus on experiencing and finding freedom.
Audreia has worked as a college counsellor, and was also trained by the ‘Samaritans’ to support vulnerable and suicidal people.
Her highlights have been winning Womanhood Global ‘Best Author’ 2016, and being featured in the ‘Voice Newspaper, and on BBC Radio West Midlands. Audreia has spoken on various International on and off line platforms. In 2004 she escorted a group of her clients to the Commonwealth Games, where she was introduced to HRH The Earl & Countess of Wessex , and the former US Envoy, Terry Waite.
Her powerful work in and around the United Kingdom has gaining her a new audience around the world .
