Attorney Arzu ONGUR is a leading international legal advisor in Turkey. She is the President of International Law Investment and Development Association and managing partner of the ONGUR & Partners International Law Firm. She has been consulting major international projects and complex multinational cross-border issues in Turkey, in the field of Energy, Oil and Gas, Defense Industry, Contraction Projects, PPP’s, International Arbitrations, BOT Projects as well as international litigation and arbitration issues. She has degrees from Ankara University Faculty of Law in TURKEY, Bologna University Faculty of Law in ITALY, European College di Parma in ITALY and Arbitration and Mediation Certificates from USA. She has many publications and articles on arbitration, cooperate law and international law issues.
