Aswathy Govind

As a highly experienced leader in the IT/ITES sector, Aswathy has a track record of setting up and managing multiple technology departments, spearheading quality assurance programs and managing compliance with Quality standards. Her expertise is in gap analysis, business process re-engineering, continuous process improvement, and change management. She has worked with Corporates and SMEs in various domains and sectors in the Indian, US and Middle East markets and has driven global programs from end-to-end, with focus on building corporate competencies and providing strategic direction.
Currently she works as an Independent Business Consultant for Tech Start-ups and organizations looking at redesigning business processes to derive high results. She also associates with NGOs to train and empower women to establish entrepreneurial ventures and guide them in operational processes.
She studied Computer Science as an undergraduate at Mahatma Gandhi University and completed Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Cochin University of Science and Technology. She went on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. She is currently pursuing Diploma in Training at the Indian Society for Training and Development.
A keen art lover, Ms Aswathy has given stage performances in Classical dance forms and many different forms of music. In her spare time, Aswathy enjoys going on holiday to places she hasn’t been before and loves to meet people.
